In Merchandising & Sourcing, we are responsible for the purchasing and selling of our products. We have a significant impact on our customers' daily lives, and you can directly observe our activities on the store floor. As a Category Manager, you are accountable for a part of the assortment, your own category. You focus on commercial targets such as turnover and margin, as well as product development, pricing, promotions, product quality, and sustainability. Additionally, you maintain regular contact with suppliers.
