AH Labs is the innovation lab of Albert Heijn, consisting of business developers, software developers, and UX designers. They create and develop the 'next big things' to improve Albert Heijn's service and contribute to our goal of becoming a Food & Tech company. The team uses the Lean Start-up method to solve customer and business challenges and find new business models. Additionally, this team focuses on the latest technologies: for example, they experiment extensively with Generative AI in collaboration with Microsoft. Do you want to be part of this team? Then come and do an internship as:
Software Developer; they 'build' the latest innovations, such as an application to reduce food waste. Business Developer; here you work directly with the business. You will be involved in setting up innovations, conducting analyses, and creating business cases.
UX Designer; here you will work in both the innovation team and Albert Heijn's UX team. You will be responsible for the designs of these innovations and have the opportunity to work on various projects within the organization.
People Management: within this innovation team, you will support in recruiting new talent, talent development, and organizing events to initiate this process. Be creative!
