What does this mean for you?

As a Shiftlead Allround, you're responsible for overseeing shifts in the Fresh, Operations, and Service departments. Your goal is to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently, every single day. You closely collaborate with the Store Manager and Store Coordinator. It might sound cliché, but as a Shiftlead Allround, you're the linchpin. But even more flexible, seemingly possessing more than eight legs. It's a necessity because no day is ever the same. This means being aware at all times of what's happening in different departments and stepping in wherever necessary. You coach and motivate your team members, ensuring the schedule is always accurate. As a Shiftlead Allround, you're in constant contact with customers, coaching team members, and assisting in the store wherever needed, from unloading incoming shipments to managing the self-checkout area. Your positive approach and appreciation create an enthusiastic team where conviviality always reigns.

What's already in your shopping basket?

What will you earn?
Your salary is determined according to the collective labor agreement (CAO). If you work 12 hours or less per week, you'll receive an all-in hourly wage. If you work 13 hours or more (up to 40) per week, you'll receive an hourly wage according to the CAO and will be entitled to vacation or advisory hours.
