What does this mean for you?

As a Fruit & Vegetables associate, you'll be working in the fruit and vegetable section. You'll become a specialist in this area and be able to talk about all kinds of things related to it. Customers expect your product knowledge and the best advice. For instance, you'll learn how parsnips and fennel look and which vegetables are in season. All of this served with a big smile 🙂. Additionally, you'll make sure that your colorful, well-stocked shelves represent the store in the best way possible. For this role, you should enjoy knowing everything about your products and assisting people. You'll work in a great team, and you'll find that many of your colleagues will become your friends.
Your schedule is flexible and can be planned in consultation with your manager. Of course, you can also occasionally swap shifts with a colleague if that works better for you.
What will you earn?
Your salary is determined according to the collective labor agreement (CAO). If you work 12 hours or less per week, you'll receive an all-in hourly wage. If you work 13 hours or more (up to 40) per week, you'll receive an hourly wage according to the CAO and will be entitled to vacation or advisory hours.
